ALL CUSTOMERS NEW & EXISTING: To create a web account you must complete ALL of the following requirements within 10 working days: 1.Fill out the form below (all fields required). 2.Fax (214.956.0031) or email (customerservice@globalviews.com) a photo copy image of your federal tax id certificate and retail sales certificate. 3.Fax or email 3 trade references. If all 3 requests are valid we will send you a confirmation e-mail and you will be able to access our entire site. Your email & the password you submit will be used as your login to shop & place orders online.
