Last year Global Views COO, Frederick Rayner worked with our warehouse to get a vegetable garden going out behind Corporate Headquarters. Using cement tube culverts from a local industrial supply company 30 raised beds were installed.
Growing we have: arugula, asparagus, watermelon, mint, thyme, squash, cucumbers, okra, cantaloupe, blackberries, swiss chard, rosemary and sage.Since Frederick used to own a catering company, we thought it would be fun to feature one of his recipes every Friday. Stay tuned... and we will let you know if the ingredients are homegrown!
