Hors D'Oeuvres

Listed below are some of the goodies served in our showrooms by Frederick Rayner.

Avocado and Fig Soup

Ingredients
3 large ripe avocados
1 pint of fresh figs
1 large shallot
Juice of 3 limes
1 cup of chicken stock
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ t. cinnamon
¼ bunch cilantro
2 jalepenos, seeds removed
1 clove of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

 

Remove hard ends from the figs. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
